'S' is for security

The internet can be an unfriendly place. Humans recognise patterns in pictures better than computer code written by spammers. By asking you to type the letters/numbers that represent the patterns in a picture, I can be reasonably assured it's a living breathing person filling out the guest form, and not a computer program.
