Submissions

If submitting scans or digital photos, bigger is better. Of course I'll accept whatever you've got, but it would be great if you can scan/photograph at these suggested resolutions:

Scan paper and photos at high resolution, at least 200 or 300 dpi, higher dpi for smaller items
Scan film negatives at 1200 dpi or higher
Take digital photos at 4 megapixels or better
Please scan using high colour bit rates

It's difficult to recover quality lost through low-res or low-colour images. I can convert, resize or compress as necessary to suit the website.

Maximum file size 25MB (mailbox limit). Bigger than 25MB? Talk to me, or mail a CD
Acceptable file formats (ask me about any not shown):

Microsoft Word, any MS Office, MS WordPad

Adobe PDF

Text, rich text

HTM, HTML

JPG*, JPEG*, PSD, BMP, TIF, TIFF, GIF, PNG

(*please save JPG files with 'high quality' [low compression])
