Dr. James Murdoch was a Medical Practitioner from
Craigow, Milnathort, just north of Edinburgh, Scotland. He sailed from
Leith, Scotland with his wife and his two eldest sons in the 'Castle Forbes',
and arrived in Hobart Town, Van Diemens Land on 1st March, 1822...
